	FISH TYPES Whitelink fillets are prepared from fresh fish all the year round, by skilled operatives by either hand cutting or using efficient modern machinery.
	SHELLFISH Fraserburgh is the leading port in Europe for fresh Langoustine landings. Whitelink buys from designated boats, and our Langoustines are graded in our factory using a Scanvaegt grader.
	EXOTICS Exotic species such as Tuna, Swordfish, Crevettes and Marlin are sourced in France and shipped to the UK from our Boulogne dispatch centre.
	FRENCH FISH We buy daily and can import into the UK from Boulogne, a range of species including Red Mullet, Dover Sole, Sea Bass and John Dory, all caught locally from small boats.
	FARMED FISH Whitelink buys farmed fish from selected sources, including Salmon from Scotland, Norway and Ireland, and Bass and Sea Bream from Greece and Turkey.
